Description
This session will cover the legal, tax, and regulatory rules governing nonprofits and how being compliant with these rules strengthens programming and operations. If you are not in compliance, your programs are at risk, the communities you serve may not benefit from your services, and you are unattractive to many donors. After the session, you will know how to build compliance into your programming and operations to become a higher-performing organization.
