Families Network of Western CT's Dr. Robert C. and Nancy Joy Luncheon is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments and honor all the volunteers who so generously contribute to our efforts through the myriad of services we offer in order to support families and help make parenting the best it can be. This celebration is dedicated as a tribute to our founders, Dr. Robert Joy and his wife, Nan, in their loving memory.
