What is Grief and What Do I Do About It
Grief is that mixed bag of feelings we are left holding after we experience a loss…AND…death is not the only loss that causes grief. This seminar will touch those who have experienced loss of any kind: death, divorce, loss of custody,
loss of career, loss of relationships due to illness/injury and disability. This bag of feelings, if left unresolved, can become heavy and interfere with our capacity for happiness.
Since 2000, Ethel-Anne Roome, a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®, has helped people learn to identify and resolve the mixed feelings of grief. This method allows the griever to make peace with the past, become present in the present, and then make plans for the future.
