Description

Does your child need a physical exam or immunizations? Well Child Clinics are open to all children, ages 18 and under, but are intended for those who do not have health insurance, have a high deductible, or whose insurance does not cover annual physicals or immunizations. $50 Fee covers physical and all required immunizations. Financial assistance is also available.
