LEAD – Latinos for Educational Advocacy and Diversity is a nonprofit empowering Connecticut's Latino community through education, civic engagement, and cultural pride. We offer free community-based programs like women’s empowerment, art, Zumba, workshop, ESOL classes and citizenship classes. Our civic initiatives include voter registration and civic education. We also provide financial literacy workshops and promote Latino history and culture through events and online resources. With centers in Danbury, Waterbury, New Britain, Bridgeport, New Haven, and Norwich, LEAD promotes health, unity, and opportunity for all.
