Mirna Chinchilla | 25 Years in Connecticut Real Estate

Mirna Chinchilla, founder of MC Homes Real Estate powered by VORO, has helped more than 200 families buy and sell homes in Danbury and Western Connecticut since 2001.

Her experience includes inherited and probate properties, homes that previously did not sell, vacant properties, out-of-state owners and fiduciaries, and homes needing substantial work. One Bethel home sat on the market for four years with six agents; under her strategy, it sold at full asking price.

Her philosophy: “Don't assume you know the solution until you understand the situation.” She listens first, then does the homework.

“Bring me the questions. We'll do the homework together.”
