Dr. Jennifer C. Reid, DSW, LCSW, MBA, is a mission-driven leader and “people motivator” with over 20 years of experience inspiring growth, resilience, and empowerment. She began her career as an Auditor for Pepsi Bottling Company but, after surviving a near-fatal tractor trailer accident and years of recovery, shifted her purpose from advocating for corporations to advocating for people. Today, as Director of Outpatient and Outreach services at Connecticut Renaissance and founder of Revive Rejuvenate Renew, LLC, Dr. Reid leads with compassion and innovation. She is passionate about supporting immigrant families navigating emotional transitions and empowering women rediscovering their identity after raising families, guiding them toward renewed purpose and confidence.
